About the Role
n
As the face of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in creating outstanding customer experiences while coordinating service and repair work for our valued Land Rover owners.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Greeting customers and providing a premium service experience
n
Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs
n
Preparing accurate repair orders and cost estimates
n
Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
n
Providing regular updates throughout the repair process
n
Recommending additional service work where appropriate
n




Managing vehicle collections and final invoicing
n
Building strong, long-term customer relationships
n
Achieving customer satisfaction and departmental performance targets
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
To succeed in this role, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
n
The ability to build rapport and handle customer concerns professionally
n
Strong administrative and computer skills
n
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
A current driver's licence
n
Experience with Pentana or dealership management systems will be highly regarded
n
