Supporting daily office operations
Welcoming and assisting clients, customers and visitors
Answering calls and managing enquiries
Managing emails, bookings and correspondence
Data entry, records and document preparation
General administration, paperwork and invoicing
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
About You
Solid Microsoft Office skills & the ability to learn current systems
Friendly,
qualified and confident dealing with people face-to-face + over the phone
Clear and personable communicator
Positive, punctual - reliability is essential
