The Health Information and Administration team is seeking an Administration Officer (Reliever) to join the Health Information & Administration Services team on a permanent part time basis.

n

This opportunity is for a Administration Officer - Reliever role, providing flexible administrative support across all CHRH sites and administrative functions.

n

Role Title: Administration Officer (Reliever)

Location: Across all CHRH sites
n
Duration: Permanent part-time, working 48 hours per fortnight (with the ability to work up to 76 hours per fortnight)

Start Date: immediate

Key Responsibilities

n

Provide administrative support across multiple CHRH sites as required
n




Backfill a variety of administrative functions to ensure continuity of services
n
Adapt to different teams, workflows, and systems in a timely manner
n
Deliver high-quality customer service to patients, staff, and stakeholders
n
Support team operations and contribute to a collaborative work setting
n
