Senior Payroll Officer | Temporary Contract (Initial 2 Months)

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to step into a busy, complex organisation on an initial 2-month temporary contract. This role will suit someone who is confident operating in a multi-entity environment, can quickly get up to speed, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
n

End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
n
Interpreting awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation
n
Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
n
Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
n
Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
n
Working closely with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders
n

Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
n
Background working within a complex, multi-entity organisation
n
Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
n
Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing changing priorities
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Available to commence at short notice
n
