Work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Community-based role across Perth's southern suburbs

Service area extending as far south as Port Kennedy

Kilometres reimbursed for all work-related travel

About the Role
n
As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality Physiotherapy services to older Australians in their own homes, helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting functional, mobility and physical assessments
n
Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
n
Falls prevention and balance assessments
n




Exercise prescription and rehabilitation
n
Pain management and functional interventions
n
Recommending appropriate mobility and assistive equipment
n
Supporting clients to maintain independence and participate in daily activities
n
Working collaboratively with families, carers and the wider care team
n
Providing evidence-based Physiotherapy interventions
n
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
Experience in aged care, community, rehabilitation, NDIS or a similar setting is highly regarded
n
A genuine passion for working with older Australians
n
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
n
Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
National Police Clearance
n
A professional, compassionate and client-focused approach
n
