WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

This Customer Service Officer position plays a critical role in supporting people living with complex medical needs, along with their carers and healthcare professionals.
n
This role is responsible for managing both outbound and inbound communications, handling complex and sensitive enquiries, and providing accurate, non-clinical information regarding medical device products and their appropriate use.
n
In addition to addressing complex customer and patient enquiries, the position holds overall responsibility for the coordination, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of a patient support and education program and does include some picking and packing tasks in the office.
n
This includes ensuring the program delivers meaningful education, support, and engagement outcomes for patients, while remaining aligned with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
n
This role is a full-time position, based in the office 5 days a week, 8:00AM – 4:00PMwith free on-site parking and access to public transport.

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a customer
engagement/customer
service, patient services, or healthcare support role.
n
Strong patient advocacy mindset with high levels of empathy and emotional resilience.
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Confident working with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office systems.
n
Solid understanding of healthcare compliance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
n
Continuous improvement mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
