Duties
n
n
Coordinate and schedule service technicians - team of 20 technicians.
n
Manage job planning, scheduling and daily workflows
n
Process job documentation, reports and timesheets
n
Raise purchase orders and coordinate materials or equipment
n
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Microsoft Office
n
Act as a point of contact for customers and internal teams
n

Previous experience in a scheduling role
n
Scheduling technician
n
Experience in a service, maintenance or operational setting
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities
