This is a high-exposure environment where Analysts are given meaningful responsibility early and work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Role
n
As an Analyst, you will be an integral member of deal teams across both transaction execution and new business activity.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting the execution of M&A;, capital markets and strategic advisory transactions
n
Building detailed financial models and undertaking valuation, transaction and scenario analysis
n
Conducting company, industry and market analysis
n
Preparing DCF, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
n
Assisting with transaction structuring and the evaluation of strategic alternatives
n
Preparing high-quality client presentations, pitch materials and transaction documentation
n
Supporting and coordinating due diligence processes
n
Working directly with senior bankers, clients, advisers and transaction counterparties
n




Supporting senior team members on origination and new business opportunities
n
Developing a strong understanding of clients, sectors and broader market dynamics
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for a highly intelligent, driven and commercially minded individual with a genuine interest in investment banking and transactions.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
1–3 years' relevant experience within investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services or a similarly analytical environment
n
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
n
Excellent academic credentials
n
A strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance and financial statements
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
n
Commercial curiosity and sound judgement
n
A proactive, team-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership
