Early Learners of Wellington Point West is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Wellington Point (QLD) on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care for children and support the delivery of engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality education and care to children
Supporting the planning and implementation of educational programs
Creating a safe, welcoming and engaging learning environment
Developing positive and respectful relationships with children and families
Working collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate records and documentationEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and relevant policies and procedures
Actively contributing to the day-to-day operation of the centre
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,



or an equivalent recognised qualification
Relevant experience working in an early childhood education and care environment
A current Queensland Working with Children Check, or eligibility to obtain one
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to children
