About the role
n
Be part of a district-wide multidisciplinary team that delivers specialised nursing care to people with life limiting illness.
n
The Palliative Care Nurse provides effective quality care for patients with complex needs and supports their families/carers to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of individuals and rural communities.
n
The successful applicant will demonstrate skills and knowledge in palliative care, to allow the provision of a patient centred care for people with an advanced life limiting illness, their families and carers. You will work across a range of settings, including inpatient, home and residential aged care.
