This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead the daily work of a small crew while remaining actively involved on-site.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and organising the crew
n
Allocating daily tasks and coordinating materials
n
Liaising with clients and suppliers
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship
n
Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on time
n
Carrying out and overseeing both hardscape and softscape work
n
About you
n
Strong experience in residential landscaping or a related trade
n
The ability to lead, organise and motivate a small team
n
Pride in delivering high-quality, detail-focused work
n




Good communication and a professional approach with clients and suppliers
n
A reliable, practical and hands-on attitude
n
A current driver's licence for site travel
n
Market-competitive salary, depending on experience and capability
