About You
n
n
Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter
n
Relevant industrial/mining or heavy manufacturing experience
n
Able to work the BSL Lifestyle Roster
n
Available for the full duration of the assignment
n
Current or recent Yellow Medical preferred
n
n
The Role
n
As a Mechanical Fitter within the Reduction Lines,



you'll support mechanical maintenance activities across the operation while working as part of an established site team.
n
Your duties may include:
n
n
Planned and preventative mechanical maintenance
n
Breakdown maintenance and repairs
n
Mechanical fault finding and troubleshooting
n
Inspection of plant and equipment
n
Removal and replacement of mechanical components
n
Supporting equipment reliability and availability
n
Using relevant hand and power tools
n
Completing maintenance activities in accordance with site procedures
n
Working closely with operations and other maintenance personnel
n
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
n
n
Medical Requirements
n
A Yellow Medical is required for these assignments. Candidates who already hold a current or recent Yellow Medical will be preferred.
