What You'll Be Working On
n
In this physically active role, you'll be responsible for the careful handling and movement of furniture products throughout our distribution centre. Your day will involve:
n
n




Operating lift order picking equipment at heights of 8 metres or more
n
Manually receiving, dispatching and storing stock with proper care
n
Processing incoming deliveries, checking documentation and ensuring accuracy
n
Conducting pre-work safety checks on forklifts, order pickers and turret trucks
n
Using RF scanning technology to maintain inventory accuracy
n
Working across multiple teams and adapting to different tasks as needed
n
Contributing to a safe working environment through WH&S; compliance
n
n
You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse, handling a diverse range of furniture products including lounges, buffets, tables and chairs.

What Type Of Person Will Succeed
n
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
n
n
2+ years experience of lift order platform picking in a high-volume warehouse (30+ team members)
n
Comfortable working at heights of 8 metres or more for extended periods
n
Physically fit and capable of handling bulky, heavy furniture items
n
Reliable and committed to working Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts
n
Proficient with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
n
Adaptable and happy to work across different teams and tasks
n
