About the Role – Civil Design (12d Pro)
You will lead and contribute to civil design packages for land development, commercial and residential building projects, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Typical projects include:
Commercial building developments
Residential estates
Mixed-use developments
Urban infill and redevelopment sites




Siteworks supporting structural building projects
Land subdivisions
This is a civil design role focused on development and building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver civil design packages usingadvanced 12d modelling
Preparesiteworks, earthworks, drainage and servicesdesigns
Produce civil drawings, documentation and mark-ups
Assist with concept, tender and construction documentation
Undertake design analysis using industry software
Attend client and project team meetings
Contribute to project delivery within scope, time and budget
Participate in internal design reviews and QA processes
Assist with technical documentation and reportingCollaborate with structural and civil teams across offices
Provide guidance to Graduate Designers/Engineers where appropriate
About You
You're a motivated civil designer with strong development-sector experience and deep capability in12d.
You want to step into a senior role where your technical skill and judgement genuinely influence project outcomes.
You will have:
5–12+ years civil design experience in consultancy
Expert to Highly advanced proficiency in12d
Strong experience in land development, commercial or residential civil design
Solid understanding of siteworks, drainage, earthworks and services design
Experience producing civil drawings for development/building projects
Proficiency with CAD platforms
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to apply sound engineering judgement
Commitment to career development
Working toward Chartered or RPEQ (advantageous but not essential)
