What you'll do?
Assist with client enquiries and provide professional, high-quality customer service
Support the team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
Respond to client requests via phone, email and other communication channels
Assist with coordinating client meetings, follow-ups and administrative processes
Contribute to ensuring a positive client experience throughout the customer journey




Support operational and client-related initiatives across the business
Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for?
A motivated, proactive and customer-focused individual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Professional presentation and a genuine interest in building client relationships
Previous customer service, administration or client-facing experience is advantageous, but not essential
Experience using CRM systems or other business software will be highly regarded
