This is your chance to join ahigh-performing sales team in Schofields, working alongside one of the area's leading agents and gaining hands-on experience across the entire sales process.
With15+ listings at any one time and strong developer relationships, the stock is there — we need an ambitious, switched-on Sales Associate ready to make the most of it.
This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same.
You'll work closely with the lead agent, developers, vendors and buyers while learning what it takes to succeed at the highest level.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing and working across15+ active listings
Building robust relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors
Prospecting the database andmakingoutbound/coldcalls
Responding to and managing buyer enquiries
Appointment, email and diary management
Setting up and collecting property signboards
Supporting the team throughout thelisting-to-settlement process
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in real estateand ready to step up
No prior experience is necessary, only a valid Certificate of registration and a driver's license
Driven, motivated and hungry to succeed




Confident communicating with clients and prospects
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Serious about building along-term career in real estate sales
Tech-savvy and switched on
A holder of acurrent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
A current driver license holder with areliable vehicle
