An established boutique Owners Corporation management firm located on Melbourne's CBD fringe is seeking an Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to join their growing team. About the Role

Working closely with experienced Owners Corporation Managers, your responsibilities will include:
Providing administrative support to Owners Corporation Managers
Maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems
Managing incoming calls from owners, committee members, and stakeholders
Day-to-day email correspondence and inbox management
Updating owner, creditor, insurance, and public liability records
Obtaining maintenance quotations and coordinating contractor works
Preparing correspondence and documentation for owners and committees




Assisting with Annual General Meetings when required
Liaising with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Current experience within the Owners Corporation/Strata industry (essential)
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous administration experience within an office environment
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive and professional approach to work
Current driver's licence and vehicle preferred
