Internal Sales Representative (3-Month Casual Role)

Holroyd BMPRO is looking for a practical, customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to support customers across the RV, caravan, camping and 12V power market.
This is a casual role for approximately 3 months, with an immediate start preferred. It suits someone local to Bayswater or the surrounding eastern suburbs who enjoys speaking with customers, following up quickly, and keeping customer information organised in HubSpot.
This is not a hard sales role. The focus is customer contact, service, responsiveness and follow-up while we support the sales territory through a transition period.
HubSpot training will be provided, but CRM discipline is important. Calls, emails, customer activity and follow-up actions need to be recorded accurately.
What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
Make outbound customer calls to maintain contact and support existing relationships
Let customers know who to contact, what support is available, and how Holroyd BMPRO can assist
Share product information, updates and supporting material where required
Use HubSpot to record calls, emails, customer activity and follow-up actions
Keep customer records current and accurate
Support the wider Sales and Marketing team with customer follow-up and administration
Use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, HubSpot and phone systems each day

What We're Looking For:
Explicit spoken English and strong written communication skills
A helpful, positive and responsive customer service approach
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
Ability to follow up quickly and keep customers informed
Experience with HubSpot or another CRM system highly regarded. Accurate CRM use is essential
Experience in caravan, RV, camping, automotive parts, 4WD accessories, electrical wholesale, trade counter sales, internal sales, customer service or call centre support highly regarded
Organised, reliable and able to manage calls, emails and follow-up tasks
Practical, organised and comfortable keeping customers informed without needing hard sales targets
Casual role for approximately three months
Based at Bayswater, Victoria
Office based at Bayswater after training preferred, with some flexibility by agreement
Reporting to Sales and Marketing Team
Full product training provided
No hard sales targets. The focus is customer contact, service, responsiveness and follow-up
May suit someone returning to work, between roles, semi-retired, or looking for a short-term local role
