About the role
Be the voice of the hospital
. Answer calls professionally, connect people to the right place and keep things moving smoothly.
Keep everyone connected
. Manage pagers, communication systems and staff updates so the right people get the right message at the right time.




Stay calm when it counts
. Quickly recognise emergencies, activate the correct response and follow hospital protocols like a pro.
Keep things running behind the scenes
. Coordinate after-hours travel and accommodation, update records, support admin tasks and use initiative to keep the shift on track.
About you
Use your judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills, especially when things get busy or unexpected.
Communicate confidently with everyone from patients and visitors to staff and departments, building outstanding working relationships along the way.
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to keep information accurate and up to date.
Share information, lend a hand and help create a supportive, collaborative team environment.
What we offer
Total remuneration value of up to $31,808 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
