About the Role
n
We're looking for a casual Reservations Coordinator to join our central Reservations team.
n
Reservations is often the first interaction a guest has with our restaurants, so this role is about much more than managing bookings. You'll help set the tone for the experience from the very beginning – responding to enquiries with warmth and confidence, understanding what each guest needs, and using your knowledge of our restaurants to help create memorable experiences.
n
This is a casual role working approximately ***** hours per week.

You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Managing reservation enquiries across Restaurant Hubert, Alberto's Lounge, Barons and Le Foote via phone and email
n
Creating, updating and managing reservations through SevenRooms
n
Providing thoughtful and knowledgeable responses to guest questions about our restaurants, menus, wine, service and experiences
n
Helping guests navigate special requests, celebrations, group bookings and changes to existing reservations
n
Working closely with venue teams to communicate important booking information and guest requirements
n
Managing availability and reservations with a strong understanding of each venue and how it operates
n
Delivering warm,



considered hospitality from the first interaction through to the guest's arrival at the restaurant

About You
n
You're a hospitality professional who understands that outstanding service starts well before a guest walks through the door.
n
You'll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and organised while managing multiple guest enquiries. Restaurant experience is highly valued – particularly if you're an experienced hospitality professional looking to move into a role with more consistent hours and no late-night finishes.

Ideally, you'll have:
n

Previous experience in reservations, restaurants or a guest-facing hospitality role
n
Strong restaurant knowledge and a genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality
n
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
n
Strong organisation and time management skills
n
Confidence communicating with guests by both phone and email
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
The ability to adapt to different guest requests and find thoughtful solutions
n
A calm and professional approach to problem-solving
n
Experience with SevenRooms highly regarded
n
