Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a driven Dept Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Store Manager in NSW to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage stock and visual merchandising standards, and execute campaigns to hit department KPIs while upholding Spotlight’s values.

This role requires hands-on leadership, resilience and a focus on inventory control to maximise profitability.
