You’ll be joining a strong team environment with established systems, a premium office and a business that places a real focus on client service, presentation and long‑term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a premium residential portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
Conduct regular portfolio reviews
Ensure compliance with relevant QLD legislation
Liaise with contractors and internal team members
Deliver a consistently high level of communication and client service





About You

We’re ideally looking for someone with:
2+ years’ Property Management experience
Experience managing an end-to-end portfolio
Robust knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Solid organisation and attention to detail
Professional presentation
A proactive and customer‑focused approach
Current QLD Real Estate Registration / Certificate
Current driver’s licence

Experience managing a higher‑end or premium portfolio would be highly regarded.
