Tradefaire International is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our Mt Isa branch. We service a diverse range of customers and industry sectors including OTR, TBR and Port/Industrial sectors. Monitor fleet tyre performance, addressing damage and wear issues.
n
Diagnose and provide accurate recommendations or solutions for customers.
n
Troubleshoot problems related to wheel balancing, tyre and rim issues.
n
Perform rotations, pressure checks, balancing and puncture repairs.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional presentation.

Adhere to company and industry standards, policies and procedures.

Ensure a clean and tidy work environment.

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Minimum of 1 year experience in a tyre fitting role.
n
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
n
A strong focus on safety and procedural compliance.
n
Good understanding of tyre sizes.
n
Cert II or experience in fitting heavy, agricultural, OTR tyres is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain).
