We are a family-run freight company looking for aMC Driverto come and work with us.

Based in Colbinabbin (central Victoria, between Bendigo and Shepparton), we have experienced substantial growth over the last 24 months, providing our employees with stable income, hours and above award rates.

About the job:
n
Grain and Fertiliser loads running between Victoria/Riverina down to Melbourne and Geelong ports
n
Harvest work,including grain cartage and other season-based transport requirements
n
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard
n
Following all WHS procedures, Chain of Responsibility obligations and company policies
n
Maintaining professional and courteous relationships with farm customers, clients and other stakeholders
n
Operating refrigerated and fully maintained vehicles
n
About you:
n
MCLicense is required (non-negotiable)
n




Full Australian working rights
n
Comprehensive knowledge of weight distribution, strapping and load restraints
n
Demonstrated ability to conduct vehicle maintenance checks, and reporting any issues accurately
n
Maintain accurate logbooks and necessary documentation, including delivery dockets and timesheets
n
Positive and qualified attitude, including being extremely punctual, honest and reliable
n
Flexible and able to prioritise workload
n
A high safety initiative and safe driving history
n
Ability to perform some manual handling as required
n
Forklift License is an advantage
n
