Swift Legal is seeking a full-time Legal Office Junior / Receptionist to join the team based in the Hervey Bay office. The role involves reception duties, diary and file management, correspondence production, and general administration in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key responsibilities
Reception duties including answering calls and assisting clients who attend at the office
Diary and file management
Acting as the "face" of the office at reception
Developing and maintaining a solid professional working relationship with clients
General admin including data entry and document creation via Word

About you
Prior receptionist / legal office experience
A passion for client service with a confident and friendly phone manner




Enjoys working in a close-knit team in a fast-paced workplace
Able to work without supervision
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
