Casual Retail Sales Position – Canberra

Timeless Watches is seeking passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team at our Canberra outlet store.

We are looking for positive, customer-focused team members who thrive in a retail environment and have a genuine passion for sales and well-known fashion brands.

Full-time and part-time hours are available, with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets and assigned KPIs
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
Assist with stock management and replenishment
Perform general retail duties as required
Contribute positively to a team-oriented and high-performing team workplace

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:
A minimum of 12 months’ previous retail experience
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A strong sales focus and a genuine can-do attitude
An outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
The ability to work efficiently and confidently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with colleagues
Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
