Join the finance team of a growing real assets investment manager supporting a portfolio of fund and project entities.

Broad exposure across fund accounting, financial reporting, development accounting and investment operations.

Work closely with investment, asset management and other internal stakeholders, offering a genuine business partnering element rather than a purely reporting-focused position.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare month-end management accounts and consolidated fund reporting.
n
Perform account reconciliations, journals and IFRS financial reporting.
n
Review property accounting prepared by external property managers.
n
Prepare unit pricing, investor reporting and statutory financial statements.
n
Manage tax compliance including BAS, GST, tax distributions and forecasts.
n




Coordinate external audits and support internal control processes.
n
Assist with debt management, investment administration and custodian instructions.
n
Support development projects, cost accounting and cash flow forecasting.
n
Contribute to process improvements, systems enhancements and finance documentation.
n
Assist with ad hoc reporting including portfolio analysis, Capex reporting and regulatory returns.
n

About You
n
n
CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years' accounting experience, including post-qualification experience.
n
Strong technical accounting skills with consolidation experience.
n
Background in funds management, financial services or the property industry.
n
Experience with property accounting systems (MRI or similar) is highly regarded.
n
Strong Excel skills with a naturally analytical mindset.
n
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business.
n
Enjoys problem solving, improving processes and taking ownership of work.
