Drainage Foreman
to join the team.
Description
Lead crews delivering drainage works across subdivision projects
Supervise stormwater drainage, pipe installation and associated civil works
Manage subcontractors, labour and plant
Work closely with Project and Construction Managers
Ensure works are delivered safely, to program and quality standards
Profile
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
Strong background in subdivision and drainage projects
Ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings and surveys
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site activities
Hands-on approach with a solid focus on safety and quality
