About the role
n
We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Hornsby boutique. This is a part-time role on the shop floor, supporting patients and customers through their eyewear journey, from greeting and styling through to dispensing support and aftercare.
n
You will work closely with the store team and optometrists,



and you will be part of a tight-knit store team that serves a diverse local community.

Key responsibilities:
n

Deliver a warm, high-end customer experience on the shop floor
n
Assist with frame styling, sales and the full patient journey
n
Support optometrists and the team with dispensing, collections and aftercare
n
Keep the boutique presentation to **** standard
n
Help with daily store operations, including stock, merchandising and admin
n
Build relationships with returning patients and centre shoppers
n
n
About you
n
n
Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor
n
A genuine interest in fashion, service and people
n
Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team
n
Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands
n
Available for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
n
Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an advantage
n
Previous optical or specialty-retail experience is valued, but not required. We will provide training to the right person.
