About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.
n
Working closely with our Sales team and customers, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and seamless finance and insurance experience while identifying opportunities to provide customers with the right financial and protection products.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing the end-to-end vehicle finance and insurance process
n
Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable finance and insurance options
n
Preparing and submitting finance applications
n
Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal teams
n
Ensuring all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and compliant
n
Achieving individual and dealership F&I; targets
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n




Experienced in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I;)
n
Confident, professional and highly customer-focused
n
Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
n
A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
n
Highly organised and able to manage multiple applications and priorities
n
Knowledgeable of finance and insurance products and compliance requirements
n
Able to work effectively as part of a high-performing sales team
n
Hold a valid driver licence
n
Available to work Saturdays
n
