Audiometric Testing Service Sales Coordinator
We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused
Audiometric Testing Service Sales Coordinator
to join our team. This role combines robust administrative and coordination skills while ensuring smooth operations within our audiometric testing services This role will be Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm and combine office and onsite delivery.
The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day audiometric testing and provide service to both clients and internal teams as well as coordinating our internal support staff for service delivery.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the delivery of Audiometric Testing and accredited training in the field of audiometry is required.
Core duties will include:
Clinical Duties
Conduct comprehensive
audiometric testing
following established protocols and standards.
Provide
audiometric reports




and recommendations based on testing data to customers.
Coordination & Administration
Manage and oversee bookings
, scheduling appointments efficiently for both individual and corporate clients.
Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to optimise workflow and service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on testing outcomes and client needs.
Support reporting, data entry, and record-keeping requirements as needed.
Serve as a key contact point for client inquiries, providing friendly, qualified service.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services or products.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist with sales documentation.
Contribute to marketing and outreach activities to promote audiology and respiratory fit testing services.
