Join a small close team with work that is varied and may include structural and general steel fabrication, MIG, TIG and stick welding, site welding and fabrication, machinery and equipment repairs, modification and repair of existing plant and equipment, installation of fabricated components, shutdown and project work, industrial maintenance and repairs, reading and working from engineering drawings, measuring, cutting, fitting and fabrication, and workshop and onsite works.

Key responsibilities
Structural and general steel fabrication
MIG, TIG and stick welding
Site welding and fabrication
Machinery and equipment repairs
Modification and repair of existing plant and equipment
Installation of fabricated components
Shutdown and project work
Industrial maintenance and repairs
Reading and working from engineering drawings
Measuring, cutting, fitting and fabrication

About you
Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
Robust welding and fabrication skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Construction White Card
Good understanding of workplace safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team




Good attention to detail and quality of workmanship
Reliable and professional attitude
Willingness to work overtime, weekends and away when required
Qualified pipe welders are highly regarded
Familiar with fixed plant
