What you'll be doing:

Stay ahead of the game by analysing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape our competitive position
n
Collaborate with product and procurement teams to align trade lane strategies
n
Bring creative ideas to life through exciting advertising and promotional campaigns
n
Attend sales visits and collaborate with overseas partners to develop new business opportunities
n
Craft and implement trade lane strategies with innovative solutions
n
Build a solid sales pipeline to secure new accounts while nurturing existing ones
n
Play a key role in preparing and negotiating bids, RFQs, and quotes
n
Stay engaged with customers, respond to inquiries and maintain strong relationships
n




Be our brand ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities
n
Keep our CRM up-to-date with valuable insights and sales activities
n
Provide regular reports to track your success

What we're looking for:

Solid experience and understanding of the freight forwarding industry
n
A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
n
Defence and / or Project knowledge highly desirable
n
A driven, tenacious, and resilient go-getter

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

A problem-solver with a strategic mindset
