Terrace Boating & Leisure Centre Pty Ltd - Heatherbrae NSW

This customer-facing position is suited to someone with robust product knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to accurately identify and supply the right parts and accessories.

Key responsibilities
Welcoming customers and understanding their boating needs
Identifying and recommending the correct parts, accessories and complementary products
Preparing accurate quotations and processing sales, payments and orders
Following up enquiries, quotations, backorders and customer commitments
Receiving, checking, labelling and storing incoming stock
Maintaining accurate inventory, pricing and product information
Supporting stocktakes and investigating stock discrepancies
Maintaining clean, attractive and commercially effective product displays
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Managing warranties, returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures

About you
Have parts, accessories or technical retail sales experience
Provide friendly, qualified and solutions-focused customer service
Have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
Confidently ask questions and listen before recommending a solution
Be able to interpret catalogues, diagrams and computer-based parts systems




Be organised and follow enquiries and commitments through to completion
Work well within a team and take personal responsibility for results
Remain calm and professional when managing competing priorities
Have an interest in boating, marine products, engines or outdoor leisure products
