Randstad HR Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer for a full time, in office role in Heatherton, delivering end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and operational roles. You will own the recruitment process, build talent pipelines, conduct pre-employment checks, coordinate onboarding, and partner with Operations to drive hiring at pace.

1–3+ years' experience and solid stakeholder engagement are essential. Experience in transport/logistics is advantageous.
