What You Will Be Doing
n
n
Training and mentoring New to Industry Dump Truck Operators
n
Conducting practical equipment training on CAT 777 and CAT 793 haul trucks
n
Assessing operator competency and providing constructive feedback
n
Supporting trainees through structured learning programs
n
Promoting safe operating practices and site compliance
n
Completing training records and competency documentation
n
Liaising with site leadership and production teams to support workforce development
n

What You Will Need
n
n




Demonstrated experience operating CAT 777 and CAT 793 haul trucks
n
Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or assessment experience highly regarded
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
n
Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
Current Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights
n
