About the Role
As our
Garden Maintenance Team leader
you will take ownership of your sites. You will work across several Brisbane locations throughout the week - in no more than 1 location each day, leading a small crew to keep our clients' grounds looking sharp and well-managed.
On a day-to-day basis, you and your team will be handling:
Precision turf care:
Operating zero-turn ride-on mowers, neat edging, and thorough blowing down.
Garden upkeep:
High-standard hedging, pruning, and detailed hand weeding.
Property enhancements:
Keeping gardens healthy, tidy, and looking their best.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who takes pride in turning up,



doing an excellent job, and leading by example.
Proven experience in commercial or large-scale landscape maintenance.
The ability to lead a small crew, operate efficiently, and keep the day running smoothly.
Great hands-on skills with commercial tools (zero turns, hedgers and edgers).
Knowledge Advantage:
Being able to identify plants, weeds, trees, pests, and plant diseases is highly regarded.
Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualifications are a big plus, but solid experience and a reliable, professional attitude are what count most.
