About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Vineyard
Operator
to join our team servicing premium vineyards across the Hunter valley. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. This position is offered on a casual basis with the
chance to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Operating tractors and Vineyard machinery
Applying fungicides and herbicides in line with safety standards
Performing Vineyard task including pruning, harvesting, shoot thinning, suckering and trellis maintenance
Maintaining high standards of Vineyard care and presentation
Working both independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience




Proven Vineyard experience
Tractor operating experience
Chemical handling certificate
Strong understanding of Vineyard operations and seasonal tasks
High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
Reliable work ethic's and strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Current drivers license and reliable transport
Desirable
Forklift license
Truck license
