What you'll be doing
n
Based at our Processing Plant in Grantham, you'll drive NPD projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the best ideas to market - on time, to spec, and aligned with commercial goals. You'll also manage our innovation funnel, helping prioritise concepts and keep momentum across the pipeline.

Lead NPD projects end-to-end - planning, timelines, approvals, financial assessment, and compliance
n
Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit project milestones
n
Manage the stage-gate process, ensuring projects are reviewed, optimised, and prioritised
n
Report progress to senior management and keep stakeholders engaged
n




Champion a culture of innovation across the business
n
Support product development, reformulation, and technical trials as needed
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field
n
5+ years' experience in innovation management
n
Experience managing NPD or innovation projects in food (beef or FMCG)
n
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering business outcomes
n
Familiarity with stage-gate, agile, or similar innovation frameworks
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
n
Highly organised, with robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Build strong professional networks collaborating with cross-functional teams and industry experts
n
Play a key role in shaping innovation strategy and driving commercial impact
n
