About Us
REDE Accountants provides accounting, taxation and business advisory services to a diverse range of business clients across multiple industries. As we continue to invest in cloud technology and modernise our systems, we're transitioning to a Xero and FYI-based workflow environment.
We pride ourselves on delivering practical, commercial advice and building long-term trusted relationships with our clients.
About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage a portfolio of clients and work closely with the firm's leadership team to provide high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Directly managing a significant business-focused client base.
Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns
Providing tax, accounting and business advisory support to clients
Assisting clients with cloud accounting solutions, primarily Xero
Tax planning and business structuring discussions
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Contributing to practice improvement initiatives and workflow efficiencies




Working closely with directors on strategic client matters
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
Strong technical knowledge in taxation and business services
Experience using Xero
Experience with FYI or other practice management software (desirable)
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage workflow and deadlines independently
CA or CPA qualification (or currently undertaking studies)
SMSF knowledge/experience (not essential)
Australian Resident
What We Offer

Salary package of approximately
$105,000 to $140,000 plus superannuation
(commensurate with experience)
