About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will completestructural and non-structural repairsto a high standard, ensuring all work aligns withinsurer requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:
Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
Removing and refitting panels and components
Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs




Working collaboratively within a team workplace

About You
Minimum2+ years’ experienceas a Panel Beater or Assembler
Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)

You’ll also be:
Reliable and consistent in your work
Committed to quality workmanship (no shortcuts)
Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
Motivated to grow your skills, includingI-CAR® aligned training pathways
