About the Role

As our Lead Educator, you'll:
Lead and mentor educators within your room
Create engaging learning experiences guided by the EYLF
Build solid relationships with children and families
Foster a positive,



inclusive and safe learning environment
Support children's development through intentional teaching and play-based learning

About You

You’ll bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Experience leading a room or team within an early childhood setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for high-quality education and positive outcomes for children
