Key responsibilities

manage the workflow for ministerial submissions, briefs and correspondence, in accordance with ministerial and departmental requirements.
liaise and negotiate with departmental liaison officers (DLOs) on the development and application of guidance.
provide information and advice to departmental line areas to ensure a high level of understanding, quality assurance, compliance and timeliness with ministerial and departmental requirements and work practices.

What you need
Engage respectfully with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
Desirable requirements include experience in using relevant information management systems such as the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS+) and CabNet+, or the ability to quickly learn use of these systems.
