We're partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-driven organisation to recruit an experienced FP&A; Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, delivering commercial insights, and partnering with senior leaders to support informed decision-making across a complex and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
n
Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis
n
Deliver executive and board reporting with meaningful insights
n
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance
n
Identify opportunities for commercial improvement and operational efficiency
n
Enhance reporting, dashboards and financial processes
n




Support strategic projects, investment decisions and growth initiatives
n

About You
n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Significant experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles
n
Robust financial modelling and analytical skills
n
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
n
Advanced Excel skills, with Power BI experience highly regarded
n
Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused
n
