The Package: $1,****** - $1,****** gross per week + 12% super. (Evaluated as Grade 4 of the QPRC Salary System ****) and Award increases of 4% in ******* and 4% in *********.

Full-time – 38 hours per week. 9-day fortnight conditions will apply.

In this role you will:
n
n
Perform daily scheduled cleaning and sanitising of public toilets, changerooms, BBQs, and town centre amenities.
n
Maintain CBD streetscape presentation through pressure washing, graffiti removal, waste collection, and hazard management (including biohazards and sharps).
n
Safely operate and perform pre-start checks on specialist cleaning plant, pressure cleaners, and utility vehicles while maintaining pedestrian safety.

We are looking for someone who:
n
n
Brings practical experience in commercial cleaning, sanitation,



or public space maintenance.
n
Holds a current NSW Class C Driver's Licence and General Construction Induction (White Card), with basic computer/mobile device skills.
n
Is reliable, safety-focused, and communicates effectively to deliver great customer service while managing daily priorities.
