About the role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join us and take their career to the next level in a rapid paced, supportive and dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of property management experience with full qualifications.
This role is supported by a dedicated Leasing and Inspections Manager who will assist you with leasing,ingoing inspections and routine inspections.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Management of a dedicated portfolio
Managing new business leads
Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
Organise maintenance for properties as required
Outgoing inspections and bond/tenancy finalisation
Managing lease renewals
Attending SACAT hearings (if required)
About you
South Australian registered Property Management license
1+ years of Property Manager experience
Commercial Experience Preferred but not Essential
Ability to work quickly and independently
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Must have reliable car
Extremely well organised
