Job Description
NSW Project Manager to lead Sydney DreamCourts team at our Northmead facility. In this role, you'll manage 2 to 3 installation crews, coordinate workflows across Sydney and regional NSW, and be the face of Dream Courts on-site. This is a perfect chance for an enthusiastic tradies or landscapers who are looking to reduce their time on the tools and start to manage crews, projects and materials. You'll have autonomy over your schedule while enjoying the full backing of the experienced national operations network while working along side existing managers and team leaders in SYD.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead and mentor 2–3 installation crews to keep safety and quality high
n
Own the weekly scheduling and operational flow for teams across residential and commercial sites
n
Conduct site check-ins and build relationships with clients
n
Work alongside trade partners such as concreters and fencing contractors
n
Use practical trade background to troubleshoot site challenges and run quality checks
n
Ensure every court is built to high standard
n
Manage projects and communicate using digital workflows and tech
n
About you
n
Solid practical experience in trades, landscaping, civil works, or groundworks
n
Experience leading a crew, running site operations,



or stepping into a supervisory role
n
Hands-on, practical mindset when challenges arise on-site
n
Willing and ready to learn operational software with full training provided
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
