We're growing our Sydney team and are looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join us across the Western and South Western Suburbs.

About the Role
n
This is a versatile opportunity where you can work across clinic, community and telehealth settings, supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional and everyday living goals.
n
Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include:
n
n
Conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
n
Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
n
Developing individualized therapy programs aligned with client goals.
n
Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in everyday life.
n
Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
n
Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
n
Managing your caseload with flexibility across community and telehealth appointments.
n
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
n

About You
n




We'd love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
n
Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
n
An interest in NDIS, disability or community-based therapy.
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
n
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work.
n
Relevant state and NDIS worker clearances, or willingness to obtain them.
n
n
