SMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established and rapidly growing international organisation to expand its high-performing Sydney CBD sales team.

No specific experience is required. You could come from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or a completely different background. What matters most is that you're confident speaking with people, open to feedback and motivated to succeed.

What will you be doing?
n
You'll speak with business owners across Australia, ask questions to understand their needs and book qualified appointments for experienced Business Development Managers.
n
Your day will include:
n

Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
n
Building rapport and having genuine conversations
n
Asking questions to understand each business
n
Booking appointments for the wider sales team
n
Keeping accurate notes in the CRM
n
Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets
n




Learning from regular coaching and feedback
n
n

Why you'll want this role

Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 + super
n
Uncapped monthly commission
n
First-year OTE of approximately $120,000–$130,000
n
Comprehensive training, including scripts, theory and call shadowing
n
Ongoing support and real-time coaching
n
Transparent progression into senior sales, leadership and BDM opportunities
n
Monday-to-Friday hours, 8:30am–5:00pm
n
Modern Sydney CBD office
n
Supportive, energetic and performance-focused team
n

This is a permanent, full-time role based in the office five days per week.
