Universal Fans is a ceiling and exhaust fan retail business with numerous eCommerce stores specializing in ceiling fans and ventilation products. On an average day our warehouse staff will pick, pack and dispatch around ******* parcels to a range of consumer and business customers Australia-wide.

About the role:

We currently have an prospect for a new Warehouse Storeman to help with the daily operations of our Dandenong South warehouse. We are offering a casual role with potential to move to Fulltime for the right candidate. Hours 8am-4pm Monday to Friday We're looking for someone with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and be involved. Must have work rights in Australia.

Duties will include:

Picking, preparing and packing orders
n
Receiving and storing inbound goods
n




Unloading goods from trucks and containers as required
n
Candidates must be capable of moderate lifting as part of manual handling requirements
n
Restocking items required for daily utilization
n
Ensuring warehouse compliance with WHS requirements
n
General Warehousing duties
n
n
Experience and skills required:
n
n
Forklift license is a firm requirement
n
High Reach Forklift Experience Required
n
Picking and Packing skills
n
Previous warehouse and distribution experience will be well regarded
n
Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience is required
n
Administration and data entry
